(Studio) Utah Congress Allan Howe says he'll run for reelection despite displeasure of state Democratic leaders and own Mormon church.

(Salt Lake City, UT) Howe announces decision at press conference [HOWE - says to withdraw now would go against record and innocence in recent court case and against all he believes in. ] Decision came despite convictions for soliciting sex from 2 police decoys and poll showing of little voter support. Democratic leaders in Utah say Republicans now have good chance of winning election.
