(Studio: Anderson Cooper) The start of changes in the disaster response in Missouri and problems with identifying the dead in the morgue reviewed. [Last night, father of Lantz Hare, Mike HARE†- says he keeps calling his son's phone.] Word that Lantz and young Skyular Logsdon are dead noted.

(Studio: Anderson Cooper; Joplin: Gary Tuchman) What we know about people's access to go to the morgue to identify relatives and how it is a "secret" morgue discussed; photos shown of Skyular. CNN's efforts to find the morgue shown with an exchange with officials. [With Eliot Spitzer, voice of Newton County coroner Mark BRIDGES†- comments on the identification process and allowing some people to view bodies if we can make a positive ID.]
