[In Miami, WEINTRAUB; in Boston, MURPHY – comment on the power of movies on court decisions and review the facts of the Friedman case; argue about the appropriateness of making films about current cases; talk about Martha Stewart’s friend’s reversal of her testimony and the possibility that the judge may dismiss some of the charges.]
