[Defense attorney Lt. Cmdr. Philip SUNDEL†- says we’re concerned about whether our client can get a fair trial.] [CIA director George TENET†- says catastrophic attacks on the scale of 9/11 remain within Al Qaeda’s reach.] The release of an audiotape from bin Laden’s deputy Ayman al-Zawahiri†† denouncing President Bush’s claims of success in the war against terror noted.
