(Annapolis, Maryland) Chgs. of tax evasion and bribery recalled basis for Agnew's resignation; details given. Beginning of trial today concerning issue of money Agnew has received and whether or not it should be returned to state of Maryland discussed; decision of Judge Bruce Williams with regard to right of former Agnew attorney George White to testify for the plaintiff mentioned. Argument presented by attorney for the plaintiffs, David Scull, outlined, quoted on screen.
