[Major League Baseball executive vice president Rob MANFRED - says steroid use is banned at the major league level, but there is no agreement with then players' association allowing testing.] Live interview held with "Sports Illustrated" Tom Verducci about steroids in baseball. [VERDUCCI - says baseball likes home runs; states steroids are part of increasing player injury problems; cites the disadvantage for players not using steroids.]
