[Majority leader Senator Thomas DASCHLE - says he is "concerned about incompetence in the FBI."] [Former FBI official Robert BLITZER - comments.]

[BEDLINGTON - says there have been too many terror warnings; says there is a political element behind the current terror warnings; says too many terror alerts can be counterproductive; says the FBI and CIA have "two different cultures"; says the color-coding system for terrorism is hard for the public to understand.]
