(Capitol Hill: Lisa Myers) A 26 billion deal approved by Congress to convert 100 Boeing 767s into tankers to refuel fighters headed for Afghanistan reported. [Senator John McCAIN - says the deal is a rip-off; says the deal has little to do with national defense and everything to do with Boeing.] [Senator Patty MURRAY - says the Army's current tankers are old and unsafe.] [Assistant Secretary of the Air Force Dr. Marvin SAMBUR - says the deal is not signed.]
