[Oil TRADER - says the West turns a blind eye to the oil sales and profit skimming.] [Former UN weapons inspector Charles DUELFER - says billions of dollars from the oil for food program are going to Saddam.] [UN Iraqi Program executive director Benon SEVAN - says he is sure something illegal is happening.] [Petroleum Industry Research Foundation John LICHTBLAU - says buying Iraqi oil is like buying it from any other country.]
