(Pentagon: David Martin) Plans to resume flight tests of the Osprey military aircraft and return it to service reported; details given of claims that problems which caused two fatal crashes are solved; scenes shown of a 2000 Osprey crash and of a test flight. [Osprey program manager Col. Dan SCHULTZ - says he believes the Osprey is ready to prove itself.] [Undersecretary of Defense Pete ALDRICH - says not enough tests have been done.] [Test pilot Tom MacDONALD - says operating the Osprey conservatively could have prevented one crash.] [Widow Karen RUNNELS - says she feels sick knowing that some of her friends will be flying in Ospreys again.]
