[Undersecretary of State John BOLTON - says he believes Cuba has been doing biological weapons research.] [CARTER - says the administration had shared with him concerns about Cuban terrorist activity.] [CASTRO(thru translator) - says Carter will have free access wherever he wants to go.] [Cuban National Assembly President Ricardo ALARCON - says Bolton "knows he is lying".]
