(Omaha, Nebraska: Cynthia Bowers) An all-points bulletin for college student Luke Helder in connection with the string of pipe bombs placed in rural mailboxes in the Midwest reported; details given of the description of Helder and his car; map shown of places where pipe bombs have been found. [FBI's Jim BOGNER - says Helder must make contact with the FBI.] [Father Cameron HELDER - tells his son to stop the bomb attacks and start talking.]
