(Washington: Jackie Judd) Accusations that the prices of tamoxifen and other drugs are artificially high because of deal-making by drug manufacturers to eliminate generic drugs examined; example cited of AstraZeneca's payments to Barr Laboratories. [Drug user Rosemary MORGAN - says it's immoral.] [Attorney Tom SOBOL - says brand name manufacturers make payments to the generic.] [Barr chairman/CEO Bruce DOWNEY - defends the deal as pro- consumer.]
