[Assn of Baptists for World Evangelism Hank SCHELTEMA - describes the pilot's call for help.] [State Department spokesman Richard BOUCHER - says American officials have raised questions.] [Cato Institute Ted CARPENTER - says the US is an accomplice in the tragedy.]
