[Representative Robert MICHEL - says Poland would be uneasy.] Criticism of Bush's failure to act by Lithuanian President Vytautas Landsbergis outlined on screen. [Columnist Robert NOVAK - says the message to the world is that Bush has given Gorbachev a free hand.] Findings on NBC News/"Wall Street Journal" poll on issue outlined on screen.
