(Johannesburg, South Africa) Supporters of apartheid said continuing to hold nation's political strength; Bishop Desmond Tutu recalled recently losing his passport after criticizing government [TUTU - compares system with Nazism.] Issues being decided on outlined. [Dr. Fred Van Zyl SLABBERT - calls for peaceful settlement.] Blacks' assessment of this election noted.
