(Cleveland,Ohio) No. of Vietnam vets. suffering psychological problems stemming from war experience noted. [Dr. John WILSON - says country has been negligent in helping them.] Federal government's funding of outreach centers and impact of centers closing due to budget cuts examined. [VET. notes his anger.] [VET. and WIFE - discuss domestic problems.] OMB director David Stockman's dismissal of program as unnecessary recalled. [WILSON - thinks move will be interpreted as another insult.] [VETS. - comment on idea of center closing.]
