(Studio) Navy court inquiry on North Korean seizure of Pueblo convenes in closed hearing.
REPORTER: Chet Huntley

(Coronado, California) Court told that burning of secret documents lasted only 10 min. Communications technician James Kelly says he gave orders to destroy papers and equipment when ship fired upon. Says someone gave order to stop burning, because North Koreans were shooting because of the smoke. Kell says man wounded trying to dump materials overboard; using incinerator dangerous. Commander Lloyd Bucher had no authority over spy compartments. Kell says Lieutenant Stephen Harris didn't give orders to burn documents. Bucher couldn't enter spy compartment without special permission. Nobody prepared for seizure.
