(Studio) North Vietnam may be rethinking war strategy; North Vietnam casualties and South Vietnam growing strength cited. Some North Vietnam want talks; others want war.

(Nam Dinh, North Vietnam) City was 3rd lgest. Only 1/3 of bldgs. destroyed. Memorial to bombing deaths shown, as is mural to event, 2 raids per day for 4 years here. Living conditions shown. Simple workshops all that's left in ex-ind. city. North Vietnam want to arouse world opinion with regard to bombing.
