(Mexico City, Mexico) Mexican government said not approving of Reagan administration policy with regard to El Salvador. [Mexican foreign secretary Jorge CASTANEDA - says they seek a political solution to crisis and disagree with Central American domino theory now popular in DC.] Nicaragua and Fidel Castro named. Planned meeting of President Reagan and Mexican President Jose Lopez Portillo in April announced. Agenda said expected to include trade, oil immigration policies as well as El Salvador.
