(Studio) Issue faced by Texas board of education concerning student's need for air conditioned classroom due to medical problems outlined.

(Brownsville, Texas) Raul Espino, Junior's medical problems and situation he faces in classroom examined; films shown. [ESPINO - likes being with friends.] Battle between his parents and the school board noted. [Anna ESPINO - thinks son should be with peers.] School district's refusal to move Raul's class into classroom already air conditioned cited. [School superintendent Raul BESTEIRO - calls such a move an invitation to Pandora's-box situation.] Bd. of Educ.'s decision today reported.
