(DC) Proposed executive order, increase CIA and other agencies' covert powers, examined; document quoted on screen with regard to infiltration. Former president Gerald Ford and Jimmy Carter's limitations on domestic spying recalled; details outlined on screen, discussed. Deputy CIA director Bobby Inman said denying that he or director William Casey had personally endorsed the proposals; ACLU's response noted.
