[Former DNC finance chair Beth DOZORETZ - refuses to testify on constitutional grounds.] [Former Clinton adviser Bruce LINDSEY, former White House counsel Beth NOLAN, White House chief of staff John PODESTA - say they opposed the Rich pardon.] Documents indicating the timeframe/background to the Rich pardon detailed. News that Senator Hillary Clinton's brother Tony Rodham tried to win pardons for four people but was not paid for the two pardons that went through discussed.
