The recovery continues on Wall Street. The Dow surged today 307 points. The S&P 500 was up 33. The Nasdaq finished ahead 113. President Trump, meantime, is reportedly supporting an increase in the federal gasoline tax, according to lawmakers who met with him Wednesday. It would be the first such jump in a quarter century.
