Other news now. A federal appeals court says the president's latest ban on travelers from six largely Muslim countries is unconstitutional. The fourth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals says the measure discriminates against Muslims because of their religion. That upholds a ruling by a federal judge in Maryland.
