A grand jury in Texas indicted a former suburban Dallas police officer today on a murder charge in the shooting of a high school freshman. The officer was fired soon after the incident. Here's Omar VILLAFRANCA. 15 year old Jordan Edwards was leaving a suburban Dallas House party in April with four other teenagers, Balch Springs police officers tried to stop them, but they drove off.
