This has really affected people's lives. ShelterBox been exposed claims that a company working for the county extorted money from poor people to throw them in jail if they didn't pay. Frankly, it is un-American. Now those extorted split a 14 million dollar settlement. That means thousands of residents are eligible for a money going door to door and they may not know it.
