Tonight, from Hollywood to Broadway, the entertainment world is mourning the loss of playwright, author and actor Sam Shepard, critically acclaimed both on screen and off for decades. Shepard won the Pulitzer Prize for drama in 1979 for his play Buried Child and four years later was nominated for an Oscar for his role as Chuck Yeager in the Right Stuff. His family says he died at home in Kentucky of complications related to HLS or Lou Gehrig's disease. Sam Shepard was 73 years old....
