One more major development from the nation's capital. The House today overwhelmingly passing a bipartisan bill to slap new sanctions on Russia in retaliation for its meddling in the 2016 election, along with other sanctions on Iran and North Korea. The bill would also limit President Trump's power to ease any sanctions on Moscow. It now moves to the Senate. It's unclear if the president would sign it, but the bill did pass the House with a veto proof majority....
