A 10 year old boy has become one of the youngest casualties of the opioid crisis. But how the drugs ended up in his system is a mystery. Omar VillaFranca is in Miami. Investigators say fifth grader Alton Banks died on June 20 3rd after a visit to a community pool here in Miami's Overtown neighborhood.
