The prosecutor in Cincinnati said today a police officer who shot and killed an unarmed black driver during a traffic stop will not face a third trial. Two previous juries deadlocked on murder and manslaughter charges against Ray Tensing, who was fired after being indicted. Tensing testified that he feared for his life when he shot Sam DuBose two years ago tomorrow....
