Fire crews are being stretched thin in the West. More than 60 large fires are burning tonight, 14 in California, where more than 8000 people have fled their homes in Santa Barbara County. At least 20 homes have burned. MIREYA VILLARREAL is there. The Whittier fire was burning on both sides of the highway.
