Yes, that's Vise President Mike Pence touching a piece of space hardware at the Kennedy Space Center, placing his hand right beneath a sign that clearly says do not touch. After the image went viral, Pence tweeted, Sorry, NASA. Marco Rubio dared me to do it. And NASA tweeted, it's OK. We were going to clean it anyway....
