Well, it was not exactly on par with Nixon's opening to China, but after months of harsh talk about Mexico, Mexicans and Mexican Americans, Donald Trump made a surprise trip south of the border today. He met privately with Mexico's president, then stood side by side with him to address the press. Trump looks the same as ever, but his words had a distinctly softer tone. Here's Major Garrett.
