Detroit is breaking down before our eyes. Fundamentals systems are failing. Today most of its students could not go to school. And the water taps are about to be turned off to thousands. Dean Reynolds tells us why thousands of Detroit teachers walked off their jobs today in a wage dispute forcing ninety four out of ninety seven city schools to close and leaving more than forty seven thousand students out of class.
