Addiction to opioids including painkillers and heroin takes more than twenty nine thousand American lives each year. A new treatment for addicts using implants should be available by the end of next month. Anna Werner takes a look. I woke up every day and my focus on life was to find a way to get an Oxycontin in order to function throughout the day 39 year old Chris Borgioni got hooked on painkillers after breaking his hip in 2003.
