In Oklahoma today lawmakers passed a bill that would make performing an abortion a felony. That would be punishable by up to three years in prison. It now goes to the governor to review and decide whether she will sign it. Abortion rights groups say the bill is unconstitutional as Roe vs. Wade is still the law of the land....
