Well, welcome back. You're live in the CNN NEWSROOM on this Mother's Day. And the notorious drug kingpin Joaquin El Chapo Guzman is now just a couple miles away from the U.S. border. He was transferred Saturday from a maximum security prison in central Mexico to one in Ciudad Juarez, just across from El Paso, Texas.
